Put card starting centre of the nose below your eye. Where the card ends?

3. Find out

If the card extends well beyond the edge of your eye - your face is small. Best fit glasses is approx 125 -133mm width.

If the card ends just right after the outter corner of your eye - your face size is medium. Good width glasses is approx 134-138mm.

If the card edge is right on the corner of our eye or does not reach it - your size is large. Look for 140mm+ width.

Be ATTEntive to your and frame features

Very massive frame might be wider than recomended. "Harry Poter" glasses might be a little smaller. Your face could be small, but your head wide - choose wider frames if you previously had frames pressure problems. Also your eyes might be far apart each other but your face still small - just choose larger bridge (18-20mm) small frames.

You may also choose glasses accordingly to your owned ones

If you have good fit glasses at home - it is easy to find right size online. There are three numbers on the glasses (usually on temple):

First one is lens width

No need to look for exact same measurements

Pay attention to frame features. Rectangle glasses lens is always wider than round ones. Unlike the bridge . Rectangle frames will have smaller bridge than round. You may use LENS+BRIDGE+LENS formula to calculate the same fit.

And now you are ready to go shopping!
